Emil Baddal Designs New Porsche Supercar Concept

These renderings of a Porsche-branded supercar concept come straight from the imagination of CGI designer, Emil Baddal. A few months ago, the Iranian artist published an array of design proposals for several sports cars including a BMW, a Ferrari (probably his best work up until now) and a Lamborghini. Baddal did not name the concept nor did he give out any details about the idea behind the creation of the Porsche project car which appears to be what we'd describe as a freestyle design exercise. Follow the break for the rest of the photos.

Honda Introduces New JDM Step Wagon: 8-Passenger MPV with Giga-Size Glass Roof

Honda took the wraps off its fourth-generation Step Wagon, or as it also known, the Step WGN, in Japan today. The redesigned mid-size minivan features a pair of sliding doors at the rear and can accommodate up to eight passengers in three rows of seats that can be reconfigured in a number of ways. Honda said that the new Step WGN's overall length has been increased by 50mm and height by 45mm compared to its predecessor. The people carrier's cabin space measures 3,095mm in length.

The 2010 Step WGN is offered exclusively with a 2.0-liter i-VTEC four-cylinder engine that is coupled to a CVT on the front-wheel drive models and to a five-speed automatic transmission on the all-wheel drive versions.

Depending on the trim level, the Step Wagon comes with an array of gadgets and features including an Active Front lighting System (AFS), a multi-view camera system that helps the driver during parking or when navigating narrow roads as well as a huge glass sky-roof that, at 1,400mm long by 840mm wide is one of the largest of any production vehicle in the world - or so Honda supports.
